Meet your online guide

David is the master trainer for the Relationship Capital Academy.

A lifelong learner with a passion for educating, David draws on a wide-range of business and sales experience that includes experience as a consultant, business owner and educator.
He co-founded TraQs Consulting in the UK, moved to Hong Kong and held positions as Director of Marketing and Communications and after taking an MSC in Training and HR Management, Director of PwC’s Leadership Academy. 
After leaving PwC, he wrote Smarter Selling with his good friend Keith Dugdale.  Published by the Financial Times in London, the book explores the approaches and tools that build trusted relationships.

For the last 20 years, David has worked with many leading organizations helping them to develop the communication and trust-building skills of their people.

His knowledge and experience are a key asset of the Relationship Capital Academy, and we encourage you to ask lots of questions of David to maximize the value you take from our programs.
